Sir Richard Branson, founder and chairman of Virgin Group Ltd., has established a multi-billion dollar business, which includes: air carriers, records, wedding wear, holiday seasons, vodka, cars, bank accounts, cellphones, cosmetics, condoms and health clubs (Hellriegel & Slocum, 2011). The Virgin Group is a globally recognized brand which includes approximately 60, 000 staff and makes more than $20 billion in sales every year (Hellriegel & Slocum, 2011).
